Head of Curriculum & Lead Elementary Guide

Ms. Anita is an experienced Montessori guide and child advocate. Mrs. Ercole taught as Lead Primary guide and Kindergarten Coordinator for ten years in Dallas, Texas, prior to relocating to Gainesville, VA, in 2010. Mrs. Ercole received her Montessori teaching credentials (AMS) in Lower Elementary education in Dallas,  Texas, 2013 and the Primary Nursery Foundation Teaching Diploma from the London Montessori International Teacher Training Institute in 2000. Mrs. Ercole holds a B.Sc. in Psychology, certification in Early Childhood Education as Special Education Specialist and certification as an E.S.L instructor. Mrs. Ercole is a native of the United Kingdom, where she lived and worked as a language instructor prior to moving to Italy where she owned and directed an International Language School for seven years before moving to the U.S.A. Mrs. Ercole’s mission for all her students is to build a caring community of collaborative learners that fosters curiosity, respect and an intrinsic desire to achieve their individual potential.
